Facilitated by internationally certified sommeliers, this course serves as essential preparation for those aiming to sit the South African Sommeliers Association (SASA) or Court of Master Sommeliers exams

 

Prerequisites

No prior beverage knowledge is required to enroll. However, a background in hospitality or beverage service is beneficial. Since this course is aimed at aspiring sommeliers, experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, or other hospitality sectors will help you maximize your learning experience.
