Prerequisites
While prior experience as a waiter in the hospitality industry is recommended, candidates with equivalent experience or qualifications such as a Wine Steward are also welcome. Our course is thoughtfully crafted to cater to learners at various stages of their career journey. Candidates will receive a cocktail recipe e-book before the course begins and will be assigned pre-course tasks to complete.

Outcome
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will undergo a multiple-choice question (MCQ) written exam to assess the competencies acquired during the day. Graduates will be awarded a prestigious Sommeliers Academy Cocktail Steward certificate, validating their proficiency in cocktail management at this level.
